​Harness appearance inspection-wire cutting

When we are processing cables, we need to pay attention to a lot of things, but when cutting the wires, what do we need?

Standard sample:

●The skin incision is clean,

●The incision is flush,

●The wire is marked without scratches,

●There are no small jagged gaps in the outer skin of the wire.

Unqualified samples:

●The wire sheath leaks out the internal material

●Scratched wire surface

●Uneven incision

●Material deformation

●Broken wire sheath and leakage of copper wire

●The wire is stained and cannot be wiped clean

●Wire bulging

●The inner core is not cut clean

●The wire skin is not removed cleanly
